Ballot status A with a return date on or before dataThrough. All in-universe registered voters, active and inactive, in the pinned voter-file snapshot. The latest reporting day may be incomplete and revised.
Accepted ballots are not votes for candidates. Requested, mailed, returned and accepted ballots describe different stages. Registered party affiliation does not establish candidate support. No election outcome is inferred.

Georgia’s Civic Forge Solutions adapter is integrated. North Carolina and Florida have official source links; their feeds are not integrated. Accepted-ballot counts never indicate candidate support.
civicAPI ↗ permits attributed publication. Its October 23 inventory identifies 435 House, 35 Senate (including two special) and 36 governor records. Actual reporting coverage is determined by validated full race responses, not this inventory.
Visible selected results check about every 60 seconds during counting and while awaiting returns November 3–4 Eastern; otherwise awaiting reports check every 10 minutes, delayed counts every 5 minutes after November 4, and completed provider calls every 15 minutes. Upstream caching and backoff may delay updates. Source errors retain the last valid report and back off. A missing report never means zero votes.
Open America’s live feed is disabled pending reuse permission for a results service. civicAPI supplies its own race calls; no certification is inferred. Provider provenance & reuse ↗
